absolutley 1st class customer service, delivered all the way to bury st edmunds took away old stuff (no charge) would recommend to anyone thinking of buying any appliance

Neil is brilliant. Ordered a cooker and it was delivered the next day. He was kind enough to provide a washing machine pipe for a washer I bought elsewhere and installed it for me as well.
