Without a doubt, it is a massively important service to the residents of Colchester and surrounding areas. The staff are always polite and friendly and extremely professional throughout. We have dropped off food, cleaning essentials and clothes here which are gratefully received by the staff.

I am very grateful for the help and support at a time like this but I must say before the covid pandemic and rises of costs of rent bills food etc and the conservative party just making things worse I could actually manage and not ask for help..but for a family of 4 I must say I am very dissapointed with what you actually get ..there's nothing for children apart from cans of beans 2 toilet rolls 2 shavers it's just rice pasta and beans it's just not at all good..I probably come across very ungrateful but it just isn't good enough I'm sorry.
