KP Evans & Co. Limited

Developer used this company to install air source heat pump in our new build property and from day one there are ongoing issues with it. System is not balance correctly, delta T is incorrect causing the heat pump to work harder and causing rocket high electric bills. KP Evans attend our property on numerous occasions and simply refused to even try rectifying the issue. I went to Mitsubishi paid them 240 for the report that is highlighting issues mentioned above and KP Evans is still insisting our system is working as it should and one of their engineers has even said that Mitsubishi dont know what they are talking about Company like KP Evans is ruining reputation of renewables energy heating systems. Heat pumps are used in many parts of the Europe where temperatures are way lower than in the UK and people there dont complain about cold houses. This company is incompetent and I will steer away from them at all costs. Service: Heating system maintenance

This lot have bodged work at my friend's house 3 times. Twice they've even told her landlady they're at the property doing work when they aren't. Laughing on the phone to her when she rightly complained. So unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.
