        I had a poor experience this week. I ordered some goods online, which I picked up from the Colchester branch. They weren't quite right, so I tried to return them to the Colchester branch - they refused to accept them and said I had to go back and call the online team! I don't drive past the branch very often, so it is a big inconvenience. In this day and age, it is ridiculous that businesses aren't joined up between their online teams and branches. Screwfix manage this perfectly and have no hassle returns - CTD should give it a try!

Screwfix manage this perfectly and have no hassle returns - CTD should give it a try!
