Wild Soul Campers My wife Juliet and I enjoyed a very positive experience in renting from Wild Soul Campers both in terms of the process of hiring, and the camper van itself. The process of hiring the van was very smooth and pleasant. Laraine was very communicative and made the process very clear and easy. No question was a bother and all the information we sought was answered very satisfactorily, clearly, promptly and pleasantly. Great customer service and personal touch. Good value too! We collected the van from Tiptree and Vanessa showed us all the features and how everything worked. The explanations were very clear and helpful. The camper van itself was BRILLIANT! We went to Latitude Festival and afterwards toured around Suffolk for a bit. It did everything we needed it to: drove smoothly and safely, and had all the features we needed: shower, kitchen, bed. Everything worked as it should and how it was described in the very helpful handbook Laraine had created: gas, water, electricity hook-up. Very easy to enable and worked splendidly! Returning the campervan was also effortless. We cleaned it thoroughly to make sure there was no trace of Latitude and handed it back in a very pleasant exchange. Received our deposit back promptly. All in all, this was an excellent experience. Wild Soul is a very professional outfit and I have no hesitation in recommending them highly. We will ourselves definitely be back for Latitude next year! Great service, super value! Top marks! Thank you, Wild Soul, for enabling a wonderful festival break for us! We are very grateful!
