        Very pleased with carpet choice, staff in store helpful.. guy who fitted it was friendly and efficient. This is my 4th time of using the Colchester store, can reckomend to others.

        Very friendly staff at the shop. As a nhs staff you get a 10% discount. Carpet fitter Peter who is very patient and diligent.The first time he came to install, the floor was not quite clean and because my carpet colour is cream he suggested wait till it finished. He then came again after 3weeks. Job done yesterday and it looks great! All worthed to wait!

        Have bought both carpet and vinyl from them on at least 3 occasions in the last 6 years. They are brilliant. Helpfully knowledgeable showroom staff. Peter the fitter is friendly, tidy and excellent at his job. Go and see them for your nxt floor!

        A swift and efficient service. Visiting and quoting, with expertise, almost immediately(John). Answering email and phone questions quickly. Carpet (over 100 Sq m) was fitted on the day arranged, exactly as arranged. A good choice of carpet and guidance given as to the most suitable for a large, bright area. The carpet fitters (Peter and Sam) were efficient too, good to have around and did a great job. Lovely.
