        I took my very very tangled necklaces to Victorias Jewellers and Sarah the manager successfully untangled them both when others shops wouldnt or couldnt do it! She was very patient and didnt give up.Thank you for the great customer service!

        Bought two wedding rings and the Manager, Sarah, and Aaron were amazingly helpful. The whole process of choosing the 'right' ring was a really lovely experience. And, due to time constraints, Sarah went above and beyond to get our rings made in time for the wedding. Then today, I returned to collect the rings and, again, Sarah could not have been more helpful - with the help of the lovely Denise. The two girls made sure the rings were perfect. Such a lovely shop. They also resized and sorted out a 'dent' on my engagement ring. They work miracles! Definitely my go-to jewellers. The whole shop has a fabulous vibe.
