Don't bother taking your car here, waste of time, I called in advance and was asked to take my car down for them to look at to see what was wrong and needed doing, so they put it on the ramp, checked it, drove my car back on to the forecourt, told me what needed doing then turned his back on me and went to walk away so when asked how much to fix it, he replied with yeah I'll price it up for you, ok then...after 4 chasing calls by me for a quote over 14 days and being told that someone will call me back in 'half an hour' it never happened, oh well I managed to go to another garage that quoted me there and then and cracked on with the work, so obviously this garage doesn't need much business so I'm going to stay with the garage I found very helpful indeed. We found ourselves stuck with a flat tyre that wouldn't budge on Bromley Road. We gave them a call to see if they'd be able to help. Within 3 minutes we had someone with us and another minute later the tyre was off. So grateful for the help! We know who we'll be going to for all future services etc. Thanks again!

Absolutely shocking staff team. Came over politely (with my young daughter) to ask that they refrain from breaking the rules of Highway Code in parking cars across from our road junction - because Ive had a couple of near misses now with coming in or out of my street and cars overtaking their parked cars - only to be met with raised voices, a pen being pointed in my face, and being shouted Bye Karen upon leaving. Disgraceful management of community concerns.
