Supposed to be next day delivery but again they let me down then yesterday a courier turned up with what ai thought was all my order until I realised it cant be because of the size of the box.
Spent nearly 300.00 with them and 150.00 of goods have not been delivered. Today I have tried calling colchester branch but queue system says I am 38 in the waiting queue !
I wish I had just shopped with Screwfix as there is none of these problems that I am experiencing from Toolstation. The queue system is taking ages to move and I have been waiting on the phone now for 40 minutes to speak to someone at customer services. I after spending 40 minutes eating and hearing that I am now 36 in the queue I have hung up as this is a bloody disgrace !
