        Good gym Reception girl was really kind and nice Good facilities, spacious changing rooms well maintained steaming rooms . Equipment in a good clean, well looked after form.

        Very few classes to suit me. Aqua aerobics should be run several times a week in the evenings to give you better chance of booking too. I've wasted a years membership on this place

        Beware!! Please do not opt for the yearly membership, they will trap you, even if you want to freeze it or terminate it after the contract is over, it will keep on applying for direct debit, which if you have cancelled will show as arrears! There is no recourse or resolution once they have wrongfully taken the payment whether you have rightly terminated the contract or frozen it
