I have loved working with Heart of home Design team to transform our kitchen. Georgia was so patient and helpful in the design stage and really listened to my ideas, but guided me with her knowledge and expertise. The kitchen was made skilfully by Steve and his team to a high standard. At first I had assumed that the word 'bespoke' meant that I wouldn't be able to afford a kitchen from them, but they really weren't much more than bigger main stream companies that I had received quotes from and they were much more personable and professional than anyone else I had dealt with up until that point. It also allowed me to make the kitchen exactly as I wanted it as I wasn't tied into standard sized cupboards. They were both completely determined to make sure that we were left with a kitchen that we loved and were happy with and definitely went the extra mile to make this happen, adding in extra bits that I thought of at the last minute and making sure any glitches were fixed to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking to have work done. We asked Georgia and Steve to design and install our new kitchen, and were very impressed through the whole process. Georgia was quick to come and see us, and unlike some of the competition actually listened to what we wanted and was happy to make suggestions that would work with our slightly unusual space. That comes with the confidence and flexibility of a fully bespoke service rather than having to work with set unit sizes and adjusting the design to fit. That said, the pricing was very competitive and affordable, rather than the stratospheric quotes you sometimes associate with bespoke. In the end it was an obvious and painless choice to go with HOHD. We werent disappointed. We were very happy with the designs and we spent time with Georgia getting the details just right the visualizations really helped. Anna visited the factory and was impressed by the whole process. Delivery dates were quoted and met. Over the three days of fitting, Craig went the extra mile and even added some little touches nice to have items that we only thought of on the day. Overall we were very happy with the result quality of the materials and workmanship leave nothing to be desired and the whole process was as painless as it could be. From start to finish Georgia and Steve have provided a fabulous service - we couldnt recommend them highly enough. Their personalised service was superb. Nothing was ever too much trouble - Georgia was happy to play around with the design until we were happy. They came to us with samples and we never felt rushed in choosing things - just supported through. They arranged everything including all the appliances, worktops, installation etc - having one point of contact was great and meant all went really smoothly. We were so pleased with the kitchen design we also got them to do our utility room. We couldnt be happier with the design, finish and overall process and are delighted we chose them to complete our project as the results are stunning! Many thanks HOHD. Hearts of home have recently completed a whole kitchen for my wife and me. From the start when we meet Georgia & Steve, we both knew that this was the company we wanted to use. They both made my wife and I feel fully part of the kitchen design. We had zoom calls to design the kitchen. Being a bespoke kitchen company gave us the flexibility to have everything we have always wanted, also things that we could only dream about! My wife has always wanted a magic corner and Georgia & Steve Helped that happen. The quality of the kitchen i unbelievable! We had the kitchen fitters on-site exactly when Georgia & Steve said they would turn up. They both were very clean and polite!
