Although our property has unfortunately not sold yet, weve been impressed with the process to get it on the market. Harvey visited us and spent a considerable amount of time looking round then sat and explained everything in great detail. We then had James come and photograph our house and were really pleased with the photos and his attention to detail. I mentioned some drone shots had been discussed which he was unaware of but this wasnt a problem at all and he happily got the drone out and took some brilliant shots with it. Another person to mention is Max, he has been great at keeping in touch and is always happy to spend time on the phone discussing things, Ive never felt rushed which goes a long way.

We recently marketed with Harris+Wood and the service has been excellent so far! Harvey came out the same day to valuate and was so thorough in explaining how it all works. Harvey organised the photographer James to come the very next morning and he was great! Really attentive with how he shot the photos, checking with me which ones I preferred, really patient while I moved stuff around too that I didnt want in the shots. The photos were on rightmove by the end of the day. Previously we had waited over a week to receive this service from another estate agent.
