        Not a review of the store itself but the after sales are awful. Furniture turned up damaged. Went through the process of uploading by photos ect. Exchange was refused. Offered 80 off the cost of the furniture or someone to come out to see if they could repair. The derogatory amount doesnt cover the days money that I will loose. Flatly refused an exchange. Dont shop with oak furniture

        I visited this store on the weekend with my partner who is in a wheelchair. Honestly the way the staff treated us, we felt like royalty. Asking if we needed any help letting us know where the disable lift was. It was great and this all contributed to us wanting to go back and buy a sofa.
