        Lush has been one of my favourite shops for years and when we visited it in Colchester on one of the Sunday's in April we were greeted with a warm welcome from Dan. We've never met him before and yet he instantly made us feel like we have a friend in him. He mentioned the special edition of Super Mario bath bomb and all the interesting surprises it comes with - highly recommend for a fun bath experience. Another lady checked in with us later while we were browsing and this sort of attention was presented in a very natural, caring way. At the till we had another great conversation with Dan and he even signposted us to a place we were hoping to go to next. Both members of staff were experienced, knowledgeable, attentive and respectful. Our top marks goes to Lush for outstanding customer service, for always providing the best quality products and for keeping it new/interesting/fresh.

        I was served by Vikky in Colchester town centre, who was the best server I have ever had in a Lush! She helped me pick out a Mothers Day present and even gave me an extra product!! Super helpful and kind, shout out to Vikky
