I've now been in a Jackson & Co letting for a few years. It was a great experience moving in, and I'm happy with the find. Tom was very charming and friendly getting me installed and since then the repairs team have nearly always been responsive and I can often count on Morgan to go above and beyond. I appreciate having Jackson & Co as friendly neighbours and I always appreciate getting a smile and hello from the team. Thanks for looking after the letting and making sure things got fixed while I'm here!

I don't recommend this company. It was a nice start when I viewed the property. The agent was not very friendly but not too rude so I think it's fine. After I confirmed to rent this property, the agent did not make the process of handing over keys clear. I needed to move in urgently because my previous tenancy with another company has almost come to an end. I even had to book a hotel room to stay for two nights to wait for the keys just because the agent was not efficient enough. After I moved in, they had inspections to record the conditions of the furniture. Once they forgot to turn off the lights before they left and I was not sure for how long the lights were on. There are several issues in the property that need to be repaired/fixed, such as the leak in bathrooms which also causes mould on the ceiling of one of the bathrooms, not receiving any energy bills since I move in, a bump under the floor. I sent a couple of emails about these just to keep a record in case of them asking at the end of the tenancy. They seldom replied and even if they replied, they went like this issue has been passed to an agent and that is it. No more further responses or actions. If you stay with this company, it'd be better if you directly go to their office and ask for help. In that way, they must answer you in person and cannot ignore your calls or emails. If possible, please stay with another property company.
