AVOID AVOID AVOID IF YOUR A LANDLORD. TRIED TO PROVIDE MY TENANTS WITH A NEW WASHING MACHINE. SPICER HAART ROMFORD SAID IF I PUT 350 POUNDS ASIDE IT SHOULD COVER IT. BEFORE I CAN APPROVE THE MODEL THEY PUT THE MACHINE IN. SURPRISE SURPRISE THE COSTS THE FULL 350 POUNDS. WHEN I LOOK UP THE MODEL IT A CHEAP ONE THAT SELLS FOR ROUGHLY 30% LESS THAN THIS. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME IVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THEM. THE TENANTS ARE THE ONES WHO ULTIMATELY SUFFER AND SPICER HAART ARE DEMANDING A MONTHS RENT IF I MOVE THE TENANTS FROM THEM TO A BETTER LETTING AGENT.

After being told at the beginning how great they were and put landlords first and make sure landlords are happy blah blah blah, they just refuse to answer emails. Tenants left without paying a month, now they will not reply to any emails asking for rent to be paid from the deposit which wasn't given back to them. Literally no response to obviously 'unhappy' landlord to the three emails I sent to two different people over the last two weeks. I called them two days ago and was assured a manager would contact me today. It's 6pm and nothing. Please don't use them. Unprofessional to the point of being inept.

One of the worse experiences I've had with an agency that once on board do nothing for the client..no updates..no ideal buyers...just bodies though the door that are not interested
