I have attended this place couple of times recently, and have been assisted by a lovely lady called Violet T. Violet has been consistently, exceptionally client centered, genuinely caring and professional. She was very knowledgeable and provided confidence instilling helpful advice and reassurance. Over the few years that I have been with this branch I must also say that staff at this branch gave always been very attentive and provide great customer service. Well done to the management who know how to select and train the best people.

Have been in-and-out 3times in the last month. Staff have been friendly, professional and absolutely lovely to deal with, even on busy days.

I have used this branch of Specsavers for over ten years and I have always received a good standard of service. The staff are friendly, professional and knowledgable. Since the store was redeveloped a few years ago, everything is organised in a sensible manner with plenty of space and seating areas if you are waiting for an appointment. During a recent appointment, I was impressed with some of the new technology they use such as the camera that takes a picture of your eye to check its health. The optician was also kind enough to explain what the picture showed. The contact lens department have always been helpful and solved any issues that may have arisen from using the separate 'Lensmail' service. Being on a contact lens direct debit scheme means eye-care appointments are not charged and I have always been pleasantly surprised that the staff do not push too hard to encourage me to spend money on separate glasses.
