        Found online they had the pressure reducing valve with the correct fittings for my job so rang to confirm it was actually on the shelf. The guy went and found it and confirmed its spec, and said if I ordered it on line before lunch it would be shipped same day. It was and I got it next day.

        Saved quite a lot on the boiler I purchased. Only thing I would say to the company is the phone call charges; do away with those as no one wants to pay to call any company. Had I had an issue, paying to call you to remedy would just wind me up further.
