        Made a appointment to see nurse and i was greeted by the best nurse ever not only ws she helpful and compassionate she understood my needs completely well done Steph Hearn definitely be seeing you again .

        2021*Shocking receptionist. Not at all helpful, very dissatisfied with their professionalism. I would love to rate a doctor or nurse however I am constantly getting chinned off by those receptionists. 2022 Update* No change of customer service. Do not ring that bell until the clock strikes 0800 otherwise the power hungry RUDE receptionist will actually kick off. Nurses are fine, still not seen a doctor. Receptionist bring that whole establishment down and must be looked into.

        Generally a really good Surgery the only issue i have had on several occasions is that specific repeat prescription requests are often ignored as is any request to confirm receipt of the repeat request. Receptionists are usually really friendly.
