UTC urgent treatment centre

The staff here are real life angels, they dont teach you the level of kindness they brought to me on my experience. That comes from their genuine kindness and passion with wanting to help. The wait times are long but that isnt the doctors or nurses fault, they are doing their best, kindness goes such a long way. If I ever need help again, I would choose this unit as my first point of call.

I would give no stars if I could Daughter was sent by GP with suspected sepsis no throat swab no blood tests basic observations and discharged Within an hour with a different antibiotic TABLET even though shed already had antibiotics for SIX days and hadnt managed to keep fluids let alone tablets down so gave her another tablet! Still that in out approach should keep the days figures looking good

Rude, unhelpful male clinician. Does not want to find the cause of the problem, puts words in peoples mouths and trys to disregard symptoms as the toes werent weight baring toes he claims they would only attend to big toe as they bare weight. Restricted movement, swelling and hotness of the area. Distinctively different in appearance and movements to the left non injured foot but did not care since he did not know what was wrong even though its his job to find out. Will be getting treated elsewhere and once I have on paper what it is that was disregarded- I will be escalating my complaint with ESNEFT

Thank you to all the staff at the UTC /A&E. So grateful to have this service. We We saw a brilliant doctor who was wonderful with my poorly 2 year old.
