Jacob and his team done a fantastic job with selling our house we had it on the market with another agent and very few potential buyers coming through the door. Open house in the first two weeks achieved a higher ratio of potential buyers through the door than the other agent had in 3 months. We received excellent service from Jacob from the initial sale enquiry through to completion, he was always quick to respond to any queries we had, unlike some of the high street estate agents we've used in the past! We would definately use him again and highly recommend him

Took several calls/emails to book a viewing, in the end had to make a blind offer to even be able to do this. Put an offer in which was higher than someone else, told me it had been accepted, started getting all necessary paperwork completed when I was told that the other clients had put in a higher offer and that no more offers were accepted. Absolutely ludicrous, all done via email and Jacov never called or answered his phone. Thank god they rarely pop up in my area, disgraceful company.
