Fantastic service from start to finish! From Laura getting the ball rolling to Tom and Kenzie fitting. Such a wonderful service from a dedicated team of people. Tom was very professional and his attention to detail for a perfect finish was impeccable. I have even had complete strangers knock on my door saying how wonderful our windows look. Have and would throughly recommend this company.

I had all my windows, door and patio door replaced by Windows Etc. I am absolutely thrilled with the job. From start to end the service has been impeccable. The staff are brilliant at what they do, so helpful, knowledgable and reliable. Not a spec of mess was made either and the workmanship was impeccable. I'm honestly 100% happy and would highly highly recommend this company. Thank you WindowsEtc for transforming my home!

Having shopped around for a decent front and back door and experienced some cowboy finishes. I have to say the service and workmanship from Scott and Wayne at Windows Etc is exceptional. Throughout the buying process I had excellent service from Laura helping me choose the best product to suit my needs. Together with superb service on installation. Fitters Scott and Wayne arrived on time, they were friendly, professional and provided excellent customer service at all times. They stayed focused on getting the job completed whilst, clearly taking pride in their workmanship. Both of them demonstrated attention to detail in the finish, constantly checking in with me and my wishes. In addition to the fantastic service the products are of high quality. So if you want a decent, durable product at a fair price for you will not be disappointed. Well done to all the team involved in my purchase and thank you.

Very pleased with the decision to go with Windows Etc. We had 8 windows, including a bay, plus the front door replaced and the whole process was professionally handled by the office team as well as Scott and Wayne (our fitters), who did a brilliant job. Scott in particular showed pride in his work and did his upmost to ensure the finish was to a high standard and the inevitable damage to plaster and rendering was kept to an absolute minimum. I highly recommend this company.
