Protyre Colchester

After having new car for one day I drove over a screw, just my luck! Without appointment I went to Protyre who I've used for years. Mark Hayter who has replaced my tyres expertly and politely over these years was now on front desk. What a brilliant decision! I worked in the customer service industry for 35 years and his treatment of me was exceptional, verging on disbelief after similar bad experiences. I have arthritis and he ran outside to take down all of my tyre details and ensured I safely went on my way. His knowledge is second to none but his customer service skills are some of the best I've seen. Thankyou.

Steve and the team went above and beyond to help my on Bank Holiday Monday with a serious fault with the brakes on my Mazda 6. Cant fault the service from helpful advice, prompt service and above all the human touch to help out. Thank you Steve and all!

Went to Protyres today for MOT and service. Had a pleasant surprise with the reception moved smaller and warmer. The toilets were new and nice and clean. They actually had a cleaner working in reception. The new receptionist John was very friendly and helpful. He did not push any unnecessary products or pretend that parts needed replacing that didn't. A trick pulled by many multi national firms which i have had previous experience of. I did have lots of recommendations which i was expecting as the car has done 100000 miles and is 17 years old. I've been using this garage for many years and there service is much improved. 4 star which for me is very high praise

Booked for MOT, super busy garage but completed within an hour, and it passed.
