Terrible experience - ordered a pair of dungarees for my Mum for Mothers Day, and after 10 days, contacted them via email to chase (after trying multiple times on the phone with no answer). I then received an automated email the following day to advise my order had been rejected - no reasoning, and the money had been taken. When I further asked about this, I was referred to as Dear Customer on an email, very impersonal, and was sent a short, snappy message telling me to check my spam folder as I wouldve had an update prior to that. I had not, and asked to speak to a Manager about why my order had been rejected, why I hadnt been informed and why I hadnt received a refund. 10 days later, I have not heard anything back and have only just received the refund. Im highly disappointed by the poor customer service I received and not only will I not be shopping with Belle Love again, Id suggest no one else waste their time either.

What an amazing shop and even more amazing lady working in it. My mum, gran and I visited the shop yesterday and the lady in the shop has helped us feel safe from a member of public that was harassing us in the street. Very professional and calm manner and a beautiful shop with cute jewellery. Bought a pair of earrings and will get more soon. Thank you lovely, looking forward to seeing you and your shop soon.

What a fab shop, great value and great quality items. Visited while in Colchester with work and bought some items . Excellent customer service, loved the items so much that I actually ordered more when home and they posted some items to me that I ordered over phone. Nothing too much trouble and great prices.
