I was referred by my GP for counselling due to anxiety attacks. Had a couple of calls regarding services they could provide, I was told I would have a call back. I'm still waiting. It really does take a lot of courage to ask for help and I feel like I've been left hanging.

All you need to know about health in mind in Colchester is that if you click on the website it takes to mid Essex and Hertfordshire health in mind which doesn't cover Colchester! Their Web page looks pretty good, just a shame nobody seems to care about mental health in North Essex anymore. You're on your own really. GPs that are useless, and a mental health team that's non existant. Loads of people in the media all jumping on the bandwagon and telling you to get help if you need it, when the reality is in North Essex there's sod help available. How many more lives are going to be lost before you wake up to this mess...

I was referred for birth trauma and treated by Sarah Smith. I psychologically reconciled with my trauma and my entire outlook on life changed for the better. I had a miscarriage about two years later and was able to deal with it using the self compassion skills I'd learned with my therapist.

I was referred to these last year, after finding the courage to ask for help for my depression and anxiety. Long story short, I was turned away by chang Tran as my problems were affected by practical reactive stressors ie. My problems were real Leaving me feeling more hopeless and suicidal I hope this man has left and the service, I can't imagine how many lives were lost, especially during lock down if this was also the "help" they were offered Doctors recently referred me again, but have declined as it they were no help
