East Hill Surgery

East Hill are wonderful. They may have an old building but my goodness the staff are so knowledgeable, their systems for transferring you appropriately amazing, they have a variety of specialists amongst the GPs and I honestly cant fault them.

This place has really gone downhill. They wont even let you through the front door anymore . You have to walk round the back through the car park Down a corridor and back on yourself only to face Disgruntled receptionists . I struggle every month to get the 3 items on my prescription. Im sick to death of having to phone and visit in order to solve the same problem over and over. OPEN THE FRONT DOOR

What a bad service, especially from the secretaries. My baby has been registered here since Nov 2022, and I went yesterday to the walk in service, doctor said to go again the next day but I can't make it because of the weather and I call to try and find another time, and the lady on the phone says my son is not registered there "sorry". Worse than a third world country.

Five stars for the service Ive received during the pandemic and since despite the horrendous pressure these doctors and nurses are under, I cannot fault them seeing it from both sides as a patient and an ex nurse. I am an asthma sufferer and only once during this time was I unable to get an appointment and was seen very quickly at the walk- in centre. Keep up the good work and not forgetting the receptionists too, I wouldnt want their job!
