They choose who they want to sell to and then when you want a vehicle brought over to another branch closer to you - they refuse. Never had such a bad service before in my life, especially when I am chasing for responses!

Be careful, ordered a new EQB 350 at the start of the year. Agreed P/x price for our existing EQB bought from them in June 2022. When the new car arrived they suddenly decided to ask my accountant, without telling me for a VAT invoice, effectively reducing the P/x by 8,000. Spoke to two other Mercedes dealers, neither knew why they suddenly wanted a VAT invoice, so I walked away. Bought elsewhere, lost a couple of thousand pounds as a result. Disgraceful behaviour, bordering dishonest. All this despite having bought two vehicles since 2020.
