Simon and the team were incredibly helpful. I had a crack in my carbon bike frame; other repairers quoted 6-8 weeks for the work but I had an important ride coming up a week later and when I told Simon, he managed to arrange for the repair to be fully completed in two days! Really excellent service, thank you.

I contacted Simon about repairs to my Canyon CF SLX frame and cockpit and he assured me they could repair my bike in 12 to 14 days. 12 days later, Simon contacted me to say the repair had been completed. When I collected the bike - I was just blown away with the quality of the work - it was outstanding. I asked Simon how they did it and he just smiled and said with a lot of care and attention. Fantastic service and craftsmanship - I just hope Simon posts before and after pictures to show how good the work was. Highly recommended. Thanks

I can't speak highly enough of Simon and the team from start to finish. I got in touch as my DT Swiss 25th Anniv Edition Carbon bike wheel was starting to delaminate on the rim, the wheels cost a fortune and as they no longer make them could not be replaced even if I could have afforded it. I sent some pictures to Simon who thought a repair could be possible picking up that it was a disc wheel rather than rim brakes which helped. I sent the wheel off last Monday and on Tuesday Simon made contact to say it had been received and a repair would be possible. The repair was conducted on Wednesday and the wheel was back with me on Thursday with TNT track and trace and beautifully parcelled. I could not tell where the repair had been made, the wheel looked like new. It was back on my Canyon Ultimate CFR Bike that same day. The repair and service was simply above and beyond my highest hopes and the workmanship professionalism was of the very highest standard. I can't thank. Simon and the team enough. Six out of five!
