I attended a workshop with The Tree of Life about how to manage anxiety. Zoe was personable and attentive and the course was well laid out with plenty of insightful content and a thoroughly-prepared workbook to accompany the session. The space felt relaxed and safe, with a grounding meditation at the start and end. I found it really helpful to explore my own anxiety triggers and response, and to brainstorm ways I could manage my anxiety and move forwards - I feel reassured now that I have a "toolkit" to work with, and inspired to put the ideas into practice!

Zoe is ever so lovely, friendly and empathetic. I attended one of her workshops about discovering what do to next in life and I found it quite therapeutic. She takes the time to talk to everyone equally and actively listens in conversations. She's also got this contagious happiness about her which rubs off on people, making the atmosphere nice and light, with participants encouraged to participate in the proposed activities.

I had such a nice experience with Zoe. I attended the vision boarding event, that was amazing, the meditation, and the activity itself was great. I highly recommend it. I have heard about vision boarding before, iv been always wanting to have one, and now i have one on my wall ;) thank you Zoe xoxo
