Very bad experience i have claimed for my mobile loss and submitted every single documents they asked and waited for two months always they send mail submitted for review its been more than 2 months now. The replay for the mail takes 4 days .

Taken 5 days so far to process a claim . Their managing company Davies Group are completely disinterested - they request excessive documents and then fail to read them properly. They have asked me for my IMEI number about 5 times despite me sending it on the first day TERRIBLE COMPANY. I wouldn't use even if it costs 2 quid AVOID AVOID AVOID

Its took a long process to sort my phone issue out but they did advise there has been major technical issues on their side and this was the reason for this. Customer services have been really good , polite and quick to respond . Hopefully the technical issues are resolved and other people wont have the same issue as I did .

Couldnt fault Next gen . Been insured with them for 2 years - just had my first claim and they got me a replacement within 2 days as mine was too damaged to fix. Really good service, especially Karen who looked after me. Top marks
