Oh if I could give a minus star I would. I'm a English person living in France and my insurance company in France use this company to arrange breakdown assistance for my French registered and insured car. Where to start ...... Four days to arrange roadside assistance... Yes the car was broken-down for FOUR DAYS before any assistance was offered.... Eventually the car was sent to a garage who looking on this site are not fit to repair a wheelbarrow.... 65 PHONE CALLS and FIVE WEEKS OF WAITING and we are no further along the road to getting a moving car ... I've had more lies than Crippin more promised return calls ( never received ). Than I can remember, staff that DON'T give a CARE about you or yours and a THAT'LL DO ATTITUDE. My car is in a garage where the proprietor is way out of his depth with this fault... I hasten to add no care or due diligence was take by this company when against my will the car was sent there.... Then to later find that the garage was selected for the ability to accept the car and distance from me . Not for ability to fix the car. Oh and that was done with a pin in a MAP. I can't begin to explain the stress and upset this has caused but if the car isn't fixed it's going to be an interesting journey with three dogs a caravan a wife myself WITH NO CAR back home... PLEASE READ AND NOTE if this is typical of this company then be warned......

Avoid, they will charge excess fee to talk to you, when they are cancelled before even sending anyone, they will not refund excess fee.

Call Assist were happy to cover me for collecting my car from my home with detached exhaust to my preferred garage about 9 miles away for repairs to be done. Straightforward and quick response.

Couldn't have been more pleased with the service I received. Firstly call assist made absolutely sure that I was in a safe position, then asked if either myself or any passengers were vulnerable. Details of the problem were taken and a recovery was arranged. I was given a time frame, which was adhered to and kept updated and 'on the radar' until we had been safely recovered. Unlike some other call centre operatives this lady sounded concerned for our welfare and took 'ownership' of the problem until there was a satisfactory outcome. Well done
