Ordered with them on deliveroo under the name 'absurd bird'. Waited over an hour so decided to phone and he had no idea we had even ordered. I then wanted to cancel and he told me I would receive a refund. Still haven't. Deliveroo are also having a hard time to contact. Customer Service shocking and guy just argued and told me not to worry. Well I will worry because deliveroo are telling me you aren't contacting when you're telling me you are!! the customer service In this place is absolutely disgusting, rang up to say we were unhappy with the food as it was cold and very very very runny! the guy on the phone argued with me constantly telling me I was wrong and didn't know what I was talking about. asked for a fresh meal he said no unless I went and got it , drove all the way there to have him argue more with me! been a customer for over 4 years...no longer

Ordered at 6.39pm 8pm was still waiting on our order rang twice wanting to know where our order was got told on way and they hung up on us food didnt arrive till 8.15pm disgusting customer service disgusting delivery service will not be ordering here again
