We bought a house on this site back in April 2021 and have had nothing but problems. Our house isnt built to the drawings we signed, our render needs re-doing and our garden is completely uneven. These are just a few issues to name a few. They say they will fix the issues but we have been waiting over a year for the major ones and still dont have a date in the diary. They cant even be bothered to keep you updated to say the works have been delayed/they are going to push them back YET AGAIN! The customer service/after sales team are shocking. Constantly lying/broken promises. Its really getting us down now the constant chasing and calling them to just be given more indefinite answers. Really regret buying from persimmon- please listen to everything you hear about persimmon as they really are bloody shocking! Even the workmen on the site have said to me you have bought from the wrong home builder. Obviously some people dont seem to have a problem with them but thats the people whose houses are built correctly and dont have major issues that need sorting. If you have issues, persimmon dont want to know! They run a mile in our case. If you are looking to buy from persimmon then my only piece of advice would be to get everything in writing! Do not rely on information you are told during your reservation meeting as a lot of it for us was lies. Get it written down!! The site is such a mess as well. They havent looked after it properly at all. They are currently digging up all of the roads because they put tarmac over the roads and didnt leave the drains accessible. You really couldnt make up this nonsense.

Called them, no answer, called again a few hours later, no answer. Called alternate number on website, told details would be given to advisor, no call back, no contact. Email on website returns with an error. It appears they can't even get the basics right, how they sell houses is beyond me - highly disappointed (potential) customer.

New development with good community feel, even though not more than 2 years since being built.
