        I love my place but myself and my neighbour are now experiencing problems with plumbing. Our toilet level rises when flushed which in turn makes the bath or sink gurgle and water doesn't drain easily and takes ages to eventually go down. Also never had hot water even though had an engineer and plumber out and both say its they others problem to sort it. Am presently waiting for both to arrive so hope this is sorted before Christmas, not holding my breath though. Drain in car park overflowed before being sorted by Drain Dr but problem is back and the car park is not looking good as it hasn't been cleaned yet. It isn't my landlords fault but it is a problem with developers as other properties have had problems so iv been told
