WORST housing association you could ever wish for. All they do is neglect their customers and refuse to do anything to help anyone in any situation. No care for vulnerable adults and take advantage and refuse to prioritise them. Don't go for them over anything because you won't get taken seriously, they will be rude and dismissive and always let you down even in urgent or emergency situations. No hope with this housing association whatsoever. When you need them - they do absolutely nothing and make excuses and get defensive and only ever let you down. Customer service is appalling - there is none. Often have bad attitudes rather than an actual willingness to help. And they will find any way to turn their own mistakes onto blaming their customers. They don't do anything about anything. They have zero respect for you as a customer. They also happily leave their customers without heating or hot water during winter for over 48 hours. Negligent in pretty much every way imaginable. Lots of broken promises and they are unprofessional and cruel. They think it's okay to reduce a vulnerable person to tears in a time of need. All they do is waste your time and cause you stress when you try to approach them. Always contradicting themselves. They like playing the victim and they enjoy lying and being bullies and even have intimidating and aggressive staff. Regret ever moving into one of their properties hugely - A HUGE MISTAKE WHICH HAS COST ME MY HEALTH.
