        We stayed there few months ago for 3 mos and that was the worse stay ever. Twice there were people trying to open our room saying that they booked the room and they have the right password for the door because they were able to open it and it is really scary. We did not get the room the that we paid for plus the host who we were talking to , his name is cyril he is not good with his words. The place is nice and location but there alot of drunk people mostly downstairs so expect it to be loud specially that its right in front of the town round about.

        Extra large, clean beautiful room! Amazing showers, great tv service, free strong WiFi! Our stay was very short notice and they were happy to accommodate this, Nathan and Cyril were lovely and welcoming. Me and my partner will definitely be back even though we live in Colchester, the prices are great for the room, and I cant wait for their restaurant to open! Thanks so much guys!

        Nathan was fantastic I'm assisting me with a last minute booking for a night's stay on the 7th August. Perfect location and excellent service. More than sufficient for the night and a comfortable stay. Confirmations and check in instructions all clear. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and if we're back in Colchester, we'll definitely stay again!
