Carl recently handled the complete renovation of our flat in Suffolk. He was professional and reliable at every stage and always on hand to discuss anything that came up. He managed the site and ensured that everything was clean and tidy and we are very pleased with the finished result.

Carl renovate my roof just recently.From start to finish, Carl was great to deal with. We were really happy with their work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. The best thing for me was the communication channels from Carl each day telling me what they had done. Communication was excellent and very friendly.

Carlec were recommended to us for the complete refurbishment of our newly purchased 3 story sea front property. The whole building needed to be stripped out and modernised. As this was something had experience of it could have been a very daunting and stressful experience. Working with Carlec however was an absolute pleasure. From the start we had a schedule of work and a timetable. Even though the timetable was tight (we wanted to be in before Christmas) everything was completed to deadline and cost. Any suggested work in addition to the contract was always discussed costed and agreed beforehand and I would add that where Carl made suggestions they were always spot on and we have been glad of them. From the outset it was clear that the project was being carried out in a thoroughly professional manner. The site was always organised an clean and we were amazed that on occasion the contractors sometimes worked weekends to maintain the schedule. The most important point though is that all of the work was to the highest standard. We are absolutely delighted with how the finished project has worked out and would recommend Carlec without any hesitation John & Viv Phelps

I have used Carlec Property Solutions on a few projects in both Cambridge and Essex as the main contractor and I woulnd't hestitate to recommend the company. As an interior designer, I need to ensure highest quality work is executed within agreed timeline, which happened on all projects where Carlec Property Solutions was appointed the main contractor. I would also like to stress fantastic communication kept throughout the project, where the director was in touch with myself with questions, updates, and anything that was required to execute the project successfully.
