No clock watching, comfortable and easy to talk to about delicate health matters and provides competent advice about nutrition, digestion and so much more! Today I had a treatment with Natalie. I absolutely can not recommend her enough. She made me feel so at ease and explained everything in depth. I felt completely relaxed and comfortable the whole time. Nothing was rushed and she took her time to listen to me and answer my questions. The results were amazing and I already feel so much less bloated and comfortable. If your contemplating having hydrotherapy then give it a go! Especially with Natalie! Thanks you so much again . X

Best first experience with Natalie! Hydrotherapy had blown up online as a good way to make a start towards good gut health. Im 25 and the bloating is real, so I thought Id try it! I went for my first session with Natalie and WOW. I felt brand new. Physically and emotionally refreshed. Natalie is comfortable & professional and personable. We have a therapist for everything else, so a hydrotherapist is also essential. I definitely recommend anyone thinking of this to try it. Youll feel 10 times better and have a lot more knowledge on yourself and your gut.

I have suffered with extremely inconsistent and painful bowel movements/cramping etc for 18 months+. I have had numerous conversations with the GP and have lost count of the amount tests & samples that I have given. I am a fit (fitter than most, fitness is my thing) mid 30's male, who eats nutritionally well 90% of the time, doesn't drink vast amounts of booze (all helps with my training regime) and has a relatively healthy lifestyle; except from a stressful job and lack of sleep due to the young bambinos. At a loose end, I looked into colonic irrigation and found Natalie & her Colchester Clinic. I had never really thought anything of this and had no idea how it would work, or what it would actually do if anything...... I have now had 2 colonics and have changed my pro biotics as advised by Natalie, and I can gladly say that I have NEVER felt better, my bowel movements are the best they have been in years, if not ever. It certainly was an eye opener that is for sure. If you have considered a colonic, it may be that lifeline you need, especially in the capable hands of Natalie at Colchester Clinic. Could not recommend enough!
