Rung for an appointment for my children and got two appointments for the next day. I didn't mention it over the phone but I think I was quite nervous as I had never taken the girls to a hairdresser's before, and they are 9 (asd) and an 11 year old. And never being in a salon before, I think they were nervous actually what was going to happen. Although I gave them an outline on what was going to happen (I didn't even get the ladies who were their names) they was so professional and accommodating it was unreal, so after fighting, who was going to go first. What I really liked was that she was asking my daughter what she wanted. she was also checking in with me, but it wasn't my hair. Anyone with children will understand that sometimes kids play up having a hair wash. Which is a chore every bathtime with my kids, who sat and had their hair washed today with no problems at all. I think they both more than enjoyed it. The consistent check ins with both girls and if they wanted to stop at any time was extra amazing for them. Both ended up with amazing hair washes and hair cuts and finishes. Both are really happy children and one happy mum too. The biscuits at the end were a bonus, of course.
