Yesterday was my first visit to Divas and certainly will not be my last! I got a hair cut from Michelle who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I hadn't had a cut in over a year and have always struggled to keep my hair manageable as I have lots of volume & frizz. She figured out that my hair is naturally wavy, which I had been wondering about but no hair stylist had ever told me that before, and encouraged me to embrace the waves, which I'm excited about. I asked a million questions about haircare and she patiently answered them all. Everyone I met at the salon was really friendly, especially Lucy who washed my hair & Jade who helped me find the right products to take care of my new wavy hairstyle. I even called this morning with a couple of silly hair questions and Michelle was just as helpful & friendly. I'm excited to see how my waves develop & about going back to Divas :) Service: Hairstyling

I went there for balayage and my root done. First-day when l popped in the lady consultant was okay about my root and balayage plus we add toner cut and blow dry. On appointment day stuff was really nice and welcomed l showed the picture from their portfolio and the style l want it ,at least the closest colour .But end of the treatment was massively disappointing for me. I've something unrelative to what l want and couldn't get my root done which is that looks more horrible with the balayage l get. Just I'm glad they didn't burn my hair, blow dry was nice. Apart from a horrible colour experience, another thing was fine. I don't think l will go back for colour again. Wasn't worth that much money with that disappointment. Services: Balayage, Blowdry
