        Highly recommend joining! The coaches are very knowledgeable, approachable and lovely. The members are what make the box incredibly exciting, no matter what level of fitness you have you are made to feel equal. CrossFit is a very unique sport, you feel a sense of achievement after each workout and CrossFit Colchester's programming is second to none ! You will make gains period
