        My favourite place . I made a mistake of leaving for a few years . I've now gone back and honestly don't know why i left it so long it's a fantastic place . Lovely people .brilliant atmosphere and I'm losing weight at last x thankyou clare and girls

        Love this lady's only Gym. So friendly. My mum recommended it and I'm so pleased I joined. Best thing I every did for my fitness, and the Low Sugar Diet under the guidance of the Team has been a great way to lose and maintain my weight.
