I ordered their beautiful set of bulb propagation vases. They came quickly and well packed, ensuring the glass vases were in optimal condition. However my set had a small part missing, but they swiftly sent me a whole new set as a replacement! Great product and customer service- would highly recommend

I felt they offered poor customer service unfortunately, after an item purchased online arrived and was not as advertised. Seemed to Blame the customer rather than acknowledge that there could have been a better way to describe the item. Would have not been economical to return and they refused to pay return postage despite a misleading listing on their part. I do not believe the listing was meant to be misleading in anyway but it unfortunately wasnt clear and should have been dealt with appropriately. The response to the complaint was very disappointing though and I wouldnt use this business again, or recommend based on that.
