I ordered a name badge in March this year. I am yet to receive it despite claims it has been posted and then a second replacement badge they claimed had been posted never turned up. A third replacement was promised to be sent by tracked post in June but this was the last comms I had despite 2 follow up emails to get tracking info. Still no name badge. Bit disappointed really as I'd heard and read good things about this company.

Had a brilliant experience with H39. Hired my wedding uniform from them, no fuss or hassle. Really good customer service and a fair price. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs to sort rig out for an event.

We ordered 400 embroidered t-shirts and jumpers from Mark, Katrina and the team at H39. It took a while to get the order completed but that was due us being a tricky customer. The team were more than happy to accommodated our multiple amendments to garment designs and couldn't do enough to help. Katrina kept us in the loop throughout the process and went above and beyond to ensure every garment was individually QC'd by herself. We are looking forward to doing more business with H39 again soon.
