I would not recommend buying online from this shop. Looking at some of the other reviews, I can see Im not the only one. I ordered two small cushions. A week later I emailed asking when I can expect them (the website says to allow 14 days for delivery but that most orders are sent within 7 days). I received a reply saying it would ship that week to arrive Friday or Monday. By Monday no cushions had arrived. I emailed again to be told there was a delay and it would be dispatched that day with a tracking number to follow. No tracking number was sent and I never received the cushions either. So thats two weeks of my time wasted with this shop. The owner did refund the money quickly, so no complaints on that front, but Im completely baffled why my order was never fulfilled as I never received an explanation. My advice is to shop online somewhere else as Dear Grace is clearly a disorganised business with poor customer service.

My vase arrived today and I love it Would also like to say the service I received was so lovely and very personal including phone contact. Ahhh thank you so much I will defiantly use your special interior website again x

They have some very interesting stock and reasonable prices. We will certainly go again to see what new items they have.

Dear Grace has some gorgeous home wear bits I love what they have I've brought from dear Grace a few times and they have been amazing very helpful and service and delivery super quick can't wait to buy from these guys soon
