Impossible reach them. I wanted to know what time my parcel will arrive but I have just left with the option to send email. And they will respond in one day. But my delivery should arrive next day. Have been buying from them last two years. Client service I really bad. Paint didn't come three times a row before the Christmas last year. No one even felt sorry about that.

No communication & delay in shipment. I placed my order on Wednesday before 1pm (they guarantee dispatch that same day if ordered before 1pm), and after speaking with someone on the phone that morning to check all the stock was available, they ensured me the order would be delivered either by Thursday 16th September (yesterday) or Friday 17th September (Today). As I needed the paint by today, I decided to take a gamble & go with All Finishes, assuming everything would be fine - all their reviews looked good. I heard nothing from them, so decided to phone them up this afternoon & was very disappointed to find out my order had not even been dispatched (it is now friday when the order should have arrived). There was no offer of making sure the order would go out that day for next day delivery, but instead would arrive next tuesday. I cant tell you how annoyed I am that the order was not even processed and no-one contacted me to let me know there would be a delay. I am now behind on a job and have had to spend over twice the amount to buy essentially the same product from Dulux locally to collect tomorrow. I definitely will not be using All Finishes again.

Good service, I ordered some sandpaper, it was the best price I could find online. when it arrived I had been sent 80 grit instead of the 800 grit ordered, I contacted them via email as the phones were not being manned due to COVID. within 48 hours I had a reply and they got my issue resolved promptly. Will order from them again
