    Incorrect address used. Bills sent to wrong address. Incorrect meter readings used. Late fees added for bills sent to wrong address. Charging for previous occupiers use. Difficult to get mistakes corrected. Threatened legal action for their own mistakes.

    Totally shocking. Over the past 2 years they've taken money for an account they don't even supply, it's taken me 6 months to get a refund on an incorrect meter reading, they don't meet their own SLAs for getting back to you. They are a total shambles and I wouldn't want ANYONE to have the hassle that I've had to deal with. *** April Update - 2 MONTHS after raising a credit note and 3 phone calls later, I STILL don't have a refund. They have no idea what they are doing, a fundamental failure to understand the basics like meter readings. And there is NO communication. At all - want a update on a query - all down to you. They are totally untrustworthy.

    Right we have been waiting patiently and trying to get this matter sorted where we have not taken any contracts out with Pozitive energy but some how they have a contract with another business name who have used our meter number. This is NOT our fault if they have not done their due diligence, they should have checked if that business does actually exist at the said premises!! We have been trying to get a change of tenancy but they are not cooperating instead as they don't have our contact details they have searched our business number from Google and are calling to say they will cut our electricity!! Now either this company is some sort of daylight robbers or they have been scammed themselves by a third party broker but either way SURELY SURELY they must be dealt with for causing this level of incompetence in running a business where it involves people's livelihood and families (private homes) I am urging every one to complain to Ofgem/Ombudsman and take legal action if needed. We are being caused unnecessary amount of anxiety for no fault of ours!! Please also I ask everyone to share any other helpful information so that we can all benefit from it. They are threatening to cut people power, its their business that needs shutting down!! EDIT: Everyone here pls I urge you to log your complaint with Ofgem and leave your review on Trust Pilot too.

    MINUS 5 STARS Possibly the worst company I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. Lost count of the number of 'advisors' I have dealt with but each one was as bad as the other. We inherited a Pozitive account when we took over our business premises but could not get anyone to take over as we were on a half hourly meter which we do not need. We have now had a bill which is 3 times higher than last month and I cannot get an explanation. Last month I paid the invoice only to be chased and threatened that I hadnt paid it, despite me providing proof. I could go on and on about how bad this company are. How they are still in business beggars belief Update to my previous review : This company gets worse every day. They are trying to charge the most ludicrous amounts ever. They 'cancelled' 3 invoices with no explanation and then charge me over 6000 I email them almost every day to no avail. They say they are 'looking into it' 'looking at invoices' they have sorted it' etc etc. is anyone interested in joining forces to take on this appalling company ? Another update: I have today sent a (very large) file to the energy ombudsman as they are prepared to investigate this. The more that do this the better
