This used to be the best electronics shop ever, I work around 300m away from Rapid and used to pop in to the customer counter and pick stuff up, while i was in there i used to pick up loads of things that i didn't really need but might someday come in useful. Since Covid the store never reopened and now i have to pay money to have stuff delivered when I'm only 300m away. places like this should have at least a collection counter for stuff that that is needed fast. It would not cost them anything to have a counter as they could use one of the people to just bring the item to the counter and not have to pack and post it. Bad non caring service at its best.

I ordered one cable and waited as expected for dispatching the order. After a week nothing is dispatched despite they say 3 days backlog. Nobody to call or answering to the chat. Very disappointing.

Rapid are rapidly going out of business . Your customer service is non existent .Why should I bother with a company like yours when there are 10 others that offer better service .. And I can talk to them on the phone ....
