Don't see the receptionist as she is a very rude person if you go when she is on her lunch break(which I didn't know)

Appalling customer service. Our equipment was with them for over 3 weeks. When we phoned to see what was happening, the bloke on the end of the phone claimed he had nothing to do with servicing and he was the only person there at that time (every time) and promised to call back with information - never did. However, very quick to demand payment, and get stroppy when we were as dismissive as they had been! Treat you customers with respect, and they will respect you.
