Really disappointing. Waffles definitely didn't taste fresh, more like store bought ones poorly reheated. The cake we ordered was hard, like it has been sitting for 5 or so days and I don't just mean the sponge. The cream made a thud when I hit it with the fork, it looked more like the consistency of cheese. 4 regrettable bites in I decided the calories weren't worth it for the taste. The girl offering service when we collected was not very good at taking instructions from her manager. I can only assume she was training. After being asked to actually serve me she announced that "she will serve you" referring to the manager outside despite her being asked to do it. Then the manager returned back in the sales girl looked panicked and scurried off. The two guys in there being served at the time were not having an easy experience with her either, and must have repeated what they wanted no less than 3 times with her constantly suggesting they look at the menu. Despite him repeatedly announcing exactly what he wanted. Overall, not a good experience and we will not return.
